Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) and its holding company, Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited (KTML) were Registered as a Group under Regulation 139 of the Companies Regulations, 2024.

Further, Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) and its subsidiary company, Maple Leaf Power Limited (MLPL) were Registered as a Group under Regulation 139 of the Companies Regulations, 2024.
