MTO Program

Management Trainee Program which is aimed at nurturing fresh graduates by providing them with challenging opportunities to unleash their potential. Trainees go through cross functional, multi-location training; and after successful completion, they are placed in various functional departments subject to their competency and skills. MTO program 2024 yet to be  initiated.

Program Timeline 1 year Program

  • 0- 1 Month – Orientation of various functions in the company
  • 2 – 11 Months – Project based training in core functions (Works, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & Procurement)
