Damp Proofing, Water Logging and Salinity Solutions

Maple Leaf’s dampness fighting weapons – SRC+ & Low Alkali

In areas with high water content in air, water logging and salinity, ordinary Portland cement is not enough. Maple Leaf’s Sulphate Resistant Cement (SRC)  and Low Alkali Cement fight both the moisture and water logging/salinity. Start your wall with SRC on four layers of foundation bricks to protect your buildings from corrosion and permanent damage to plaster, paint & finishes.

How it works?

Foundations of the building are in direct contact with the soil. There are numerous sulphates in the soil which over a period of time react with the damp proof course and cause cracks.

When the Damp proof course (DPC) of the building will have cracks, the moisture will step in and cause seepage issues. Our SRC Waterproof Cement provides protection against these sulphates, hence securing the buildings from seepage and other damages.

Usages

With low Water Cement ratio our SRC+ is well compacted and cured to improve the performance of concrete where the risk of sulfate attack may be present. It also brings durability for concrete in most aggressive environments where as, our Low Alkali Cement is cost-effective high quality construction with water ingress prevention.

Low Alkali Best For: Runways, Dams and Airports to save the structure from moisture.

SRC+ Best For: Underground Structures, Canals and Sewage Treatment etc.
